Habito

A community mall creating 'The Heart of Good Living' on Sukhumvit 77 When Sansiri ventured into community mall development for the first time, they selected Contour as their partner. Together they created Habito, a mall centering on the concept ‘The Heart of Good Living’. Contour designed Habito to create a community mall and lifestyle hub for the surrounding Sansiri residential properties. Contour’s research company, Mind the Gap, interviewed the many different types of residents in the area and guided the design of the property to perfectly match their needs and desires. Contour aimed to create a ‘third space’ where the local people could have a relaxing spot to work, shop and enjoy fantastic cuisine on their doorstep. The construction of Habito is now underway and the official launch is scheduled for November 2015. It is located on Sukhumvit 77, close to On-Nut BTS station.
