Concept & Narrative

The Paseo Town Hybrid mall providing the best of both worlds The owners of Paseo Town, TBN, initially owned a popular Toyota dealership on Lat Krabang Road. The idea stemmed from customers waiting without something to do while they waited for their appointments and the showroom owners wanting to entertain them in some way. Following research into the potential customers, Contour designed a large ‘hybrid mall’ that provided the best of both worlds by encompassing indoor and open-air shopping. The focus for the outdoor area was creating a unique culinary experience with large brands like Starbucks and Wine Connection providing high quality cuisine. The indoor area’s focus revolved around fashion brands, allowing customers to browse and stroll in air-conditioning.
